FAQs
Why don’t you make your own t-shirts?
Because great artistes* cannot be bothered with mundane things like actually making the clothing… we have people to do that for us, dahling.
[* That's a fancy French way of saying artist. We were trying to act all pretentious-like. We know how to spell.]
No, seriously. Why don’t you make your own t-shirts?
Okay, okay, you got us. Because even great artistes have small spare bedrooms that don’t quite have the space needed to run a t-shirt printing press. Happy now?
Yes. Thank you. Now tell me who does make your t-shirts for you?
We’ve entrusted the precious making of our precious t-shirts to Zazzle.
And who exactly is Zazzle, and why trust them?
Zazzle creates a variety of products (t-shirts, mugs, shoes, stamps, posters etc) on-demand. You demand. They print. Their quality is excellent. Their prices are fair. The process is easy-peasy for everyone concerned.
Good deal, yes?
Besides, we figured if well known bands like Velvet Revolver, The Black Eyed Peas, Alice Cooper, Kiss, and Maroon 5 (amongst many others) entrusted Zazzle with their official merchandise, then it would be good enough for us.
Okay, so they’re a good supplier. Can I trust them with my moneys?
Yes. Paying via Zazzle’s website is 100% secure.
How do I pay?
Zazzle accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.
How quickly will I get my t-shirt?
Once you place your order, it will usually get processed within 2 hours and sent off to you within 24 hours. After that, how long it takes depends on the shipping option you chose when you placed your order.
The only exception is black t-shirts… unfortunately, these take slightly longer and will ship within 3 – 5 business days. They’ll be worth the wait.
At any time, if you want to check up on your order, you can track it via Zazzle’s order status page.
Can I only get your products in the US?
Nope. (And yay for the good parts of globalisation!)
By default, the links on our website go to Zazzle.com (the US version). They do ship internationally. But – it probably makes more sense, if you’re in the UK, Canada or Australia to shop directly on the Zazzle websites for those countries:
What happens if I want to return an item?
Then we’d have to kill you. And commit harakiri to avenge our reputation.
Er, please tell me you’re kidding?
Yes. Don’t worry. We’re actually very peaceful and loving people. We do not commit violent acts against our customers, nor do we self-harm in any way.
We totally hope that you won’t want to return one of our items. Your happiness and joy means much to us. But, if it comes to this, for whatever reason, then you may return the item.
Since you bought the t-shirt from Zazzle, it has to be returned to them. You will find the details on how to return an item on Zazzle’s website.
I don’t want to return any item. Ever. I love your t-shirts! How can I promote them?
Wow. Thank you!
We would be honoured to have you promote our products. Simply join Zazzle’s Associate Program, and place links to our products on your website. You will earn 15% of any sale that you refer.
